From the Flagstand
After a 10-races without a win, Martin Truex Jr. shoved his chips all in, won the first playoff race, and a spot in the Twilight Twelve (just made that up, think NASCAR would like it?).
Bowyer, Suarez showed a lot of gusto, grabbing the lead row in qualifying, but then it was boom to bust, neither of them finishing in the top 10.
With playoff points becoming paramount, it’s Byron, Blaney, Bowman, and Almirola finding themselves below the cutline.
